  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate information.
  • Provide support in preparing reports on sales activities, progress, and results achieved.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions with the team.
  • Support the senior sales team in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Keep informed of new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance overall team performance.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients and prospects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
