Job Description

The Client Servicing Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening client relationships in a company. This position is responsible for ensuring clients receive the highest level of customer service and their needs are met promptly and efficiently. As an advocate for the clients, the Associate must understand the company's offerings thoroughly and be able to communicate effectively with both the clients and the internal teams. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate regular updates with clients to review project status and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and transaction histories.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop client-focused strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company services to provide accurate advice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing, customer service, or related roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate client records.
