Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Telecaller for our night shift operations at our 24D25 location. As a Telecaller, you will serve as the voice of our company, building relationships with potential and existing customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients over the phone, providing them with information, support, and solutions to inquiries or concerns. Responsibilities

  • Initiate telephonic contact with potential and existing customers during night shift hours.
  • Present and promote products and services in a clear and positive manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of telephonic interactions and sales in the database.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and guide them through purchasing processes.
  • Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions during the first contact.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and foster lasting relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to optimize customer acquisition efforts.
  • Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and call quotas on a monthly basis.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively guide customers.
  • Adhere strictly to the company’s communication scripts and procedures.
  • Handle sensitive customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
  • Escalate unresolved inquiries or complexities to the appropriate internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills with an ability to adapt tone accordingly.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to engage clients over the phone.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, if required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and established telephone etiquettes preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and handle stress effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma; further education or relevant certifications are an advantage.
