Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team for the night shift. This role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, gather information, and close sales. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by generating leads, following up on potential clients, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Effective communication skills, persistence, and an ability to handle rejections gracefully are key attributes for this role. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and assess their needs and preferences.
  • Introduce and explain company products and services to customers effectively.
  • Generate leads and referrals through engaging communication strategies over the phone.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and resolve any issues as necessary.
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of calls and customer contacts in the CRM system.
  • Address prospects' questions and objections persuasively to foster positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve client acquisition and market reach.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly call targets and performance metrics.
  • Adjust sales scripts based on customer interactions to improve engagement results.
  • Follow-up with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and for post-sale relations.
  • Identify and address any discrepancies in customer feedback and company's offerings.
  • Continuously update skills and stay informed about latest industry trends and products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or a similar customer service role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or a degree is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills in English language are essential.
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing work hours if necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and telephony technology is highly desirable.
  • A strong ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must possess a friendly and energetic personality with customer-oriented mindset.
