Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Proven experience in leading and managing both small-scale and large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
