Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the industrial automation sector.
  • Strong understanding and technical knowledge of automation systems and products.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are critical.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry conferences as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
