Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager specialized in IT Services, to join our growing team. This role involves steering sales growth, strategizing on market opportunities, and driving revenue through the successful management of the sales team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team within the IT services sector.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Oversee the development and execution of effective client presentations and proposals.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor progress, and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Track and report on sales activity in the CRM system and provide status reports as required.
  • Train and mentor sales team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and motivation.
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation activities and conversion strategies.
  • Negotiate and close major deals to achieve or surpass corporate financial objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to protect industry positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT sales management position.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to inspire and manage teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance data effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
