Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with marketing to prepare promotional activities and events.
  • Analyze market trends to provide feedback and adjust sales strategies.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts to stake and senior company leaders.
  • Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships to enhance loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the retail furniture industry.
  • Strong understanding of furniture retail market trends and customer preferences.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and strategize accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
