Job Description

The position of Sales Coordinator is integral to the success of our sales team, providing crucial support to the sales representatives and management. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for streamlining the sales process, enhancing productivity, and ensuring that all sales-related administrative tasks are handled efficiently. Acting as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the organization, you will coordinate efforts to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain detailed records will contribute to the achievement of our sales goals. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team and support our dynamic sales operations.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities and monitor the progress towards sales goals.
  • Provide administrative support to sales representatives and sales management teams.
  • Handle sales inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, reports, and presentations for the team.
  • Maintain an up-to-date electronic record of sales and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate logistics for sales activities, including meetings, calls, and other events.
  • Collaborate with other departments to assist with order processing and customer issues.
  • Manage the customer database and ensure information is accurate and current.
  • Generate and distribute sales reports for management review on a regular basis.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their expectations have been met or exceeded.
  • Support the implementation of sales initiatives and ensure team cohesion and communication.
  • Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are available as needed for sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in sales support or coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and other sales-related software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle sales challenges effectively.
