Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Certification in Infection Control (CIC) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of three years of experience in infection control or related field.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding infection control.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct training sessions and engage with diverse staff effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret infection data and recommend interventions.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and infection surveillance software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage simultaneous projects efficiently.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for a wide range of audiences.
