As a QA Automation Engineer, your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning and robustness of software products through automated testing processes. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and new features implemented.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs to ensure quick remediation through automated reporting.
• Continuously evaluate test processes for efficiency and implement improvements as needed.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent and quality delivery.
• Provide insights and data from automated tests, contributing to product roadmap discussions.
• Stay updated on the latest testing methods, tools, and technologies to enhance testing strategies.
• Mentor and train junior QA team members in best practices for automation testing.
• Collaborate effectively with team members in requirements analysis meetings and design specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational quality policies in all testing processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospective meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in software test automation development with a focus on high-quality results.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation.
• Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex testing processes and results clearly.
