We are seeking a highly experienced and diligent Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. This role requires an individual who can efficiently plan, direct, and coordinate all production processes. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are produced on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will play a key role in streamlining production operations, improving productivity, and reducing costs. You will also ensure that health and safety protocols are followed consistently across the production floor. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet company goals.
• Oversee the production process, addressing any issues that arise promptly.

• Maintain safety and compliance with all health regulations and company policies.
• Monitor production equipment and facilitate regular maintenance and repairs.

• Analyze production data and report on key performance indicators regularly.
• Implement and support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Prepare production reports and present results to the management team.
• Manage and develop team members through training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of necessary materials for production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years' experience in a production management role.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a diverse team effectively.
• Strong understanding of production processes and operational best practices.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination.
• Proficiency in production software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
