Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance store efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and store events effectively.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe shopping environment for all.

Maintain the visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping experience for customers.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms and manage stock procurement processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes and store performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a management role within the retail industry, ideally in a toy store environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage store operations efficiently.
Demonstrated financial acumen with strong analytical skills for budgeting and financial reporting.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff positively.
