Job Description

The Operations Head is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of an organization. Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management or similar leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful operational strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change and influence organizational direction.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and productivity tools preferred.
