Job Description

An Odoo Functional Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing business processes by implementing and configuring the Odoo ERP system to align with the organization's goals. This professional is responsible for gathering requirements, facilitating system configuration, and ensuring the smooth implementation of business workflows. The role demands a strong understanding of various business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions within the Odoo framework. The position requires collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and enhanced productivity. Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret business requirements to configure Odoo ERP systems effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize system requirements.
  • Design and implement business processes within the Odoo framework to meet organizational needs.
  • Create functional specifications for new modules or system enhancements in Odoo.
  • Conduct system testing and assist in user acceptance testing to ensure a smooth implementation.
  • Provide training and support to end-users for efficient system usage and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, recommending solutions to improve system performance.
  • Stay updated with Odoo’s latest features and integrations to offer innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate integration and data migration activities.
  • Maintain and update system documentation, including user manuals and process guides.
  • Coordinate with project management to deliver Odoo solutions within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements to existing business processes using Odoo’s functionalities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Odoo ERP as a functional analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of various business processes and how they are implemented in ERP systems.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, and user training.
  • Proficient communication skills for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to design and implement business processes tailored to specific organizational needs.
  • Analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions within Odoo.
