The Manager – Finance and Accounting plays a critical role in overseeing and directing the financial operations of the organization. This position is responsible for managing complex financial transactions, strategizing on cost savings, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies. The Manager will lead a team of accountants and financial analysts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the financial accounting and reporting processes to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Professional accounting certification such as CPA or CFA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management roles.
• Proven experience in leadership with a track record of managing teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
