Job Description

An ICT & ELV Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving the sales and distribution of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. This professional is responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with solutions that integrate innovative technologies. The role involves a deep understanding of both ICT and ELV domains, ensuring that clients are aware of the products available and how these solutions can enhance their operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is skilled in sales strategies, has excellent communication skills, and is capable of delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences. Success in this role is measured by meeting sales targets, expanding the customer base, and establishing strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish contact with potential clients for ICT and ELV solutions.
  • Understand and evaluate clients' needs to recommend suitable ICT and ELV products.
  • Develop and present sales proposals tailored to clients' requirements and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders to demonstrate product value.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate product implementation.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and innovations.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track and improve sales performance.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and promote products.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client insights and experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience in ICT and/or ELV industries is essential.
  • Strong understanding of ICT and ELV systems and their applications.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are required for this role.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage client relationships and sales processes.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
