Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic human resources team. The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily administrative tasks while ensuring a seamless workflow. This role requires a professional who can efficiently manage multiple tasks, from maintaining employee records to assisting with recruitment and on-boarding processes. Furthermore, the HR Administrator will act as a liaison between employees and higher management, ensuring that all HR-related inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records accurately, including personal and job-related information.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and conducting pre-employment checks.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires complete all required documentation.
  • Organize and maintain the HR filing system, both digitally and physically.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and other development activities.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information to the payroll department.
  • Support the HR team in implementing various HR programs and initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefit programs and handle related queries from staff.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices and policies.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports for management analysis and decision-making.
  • Participate in special projects related to HR and broader organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other standard office software applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
