Responsibilities

• Create innovative and visually appealing designs for both digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to define project requirements and objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Produce graphics, illustrations, and images for website and social media platforms.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and message across all design projects.
• Revise and edit designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design software, tools, and industry trends.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams for approval and feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.
• Source and manage vendors for production of design-related materials.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates to existing designs as needed.
• Support team members and contribute to brainstorming sessions with creative ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience needed.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Strong portfolio showing creative design skills and project work examples.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus but not mandatory.
