As a Finance Executive, you will play a vital role in managing the financial operations of our organization. Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements in daily operations.
• Monitor and track the financial performance against the set budgets and forecasts.
• Develop risk management strategies to minimize financial risks and investments.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and manage audits.
• Lead financial audits and work closely with external auditors and regulators.
• Assist in the strategic planning process by providing financial insights and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow by ensuring funds are available for operational needs.
• Conduct financial benchmarking to evaluate the competitiveness of the company.
• Implement and maintain robust internal financial management processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or related roles.
• Proven ability to develop financial strategies and manage risk effectively.
• Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts.
• Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA is highly desirable.
