As a Factory Production Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that production processes run efficiently and effectively to meet quality and safety standards. You will oversee daily operations in the factory, manage production teams, and coordinate activities to achieve production goals. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage production operations and achieve organizational targets.
• In-depth knowledge of production management and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with production management software and tools as well as MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
