Job Description

An E-Commerce Associate plays a critical role in managing and enhancing our online retail sales presence. This position is geared towards individuals who are passionate about e-commerce trends, customer satisfaction, and sales strategies. As an E-Commerce Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are optimized for various online marketplaces, engaging with customer inquiries, and supporting the overall integrity of our e-commerce operations. Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
  • Ensure product descriptions are accurate, complete, and optimized for search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and consumer behavior trends regularly.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective online promotional campaigns.
  • Support inventory management by keeping stock levels updated and reporting shortages.
  • Assist in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to increase online sales.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
  • Implement and assess promotional activities aimed at driving traffic and sales.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered online.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' strategies within the e-commerce sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an e-commerce or online retail environment is essential.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
