An International Customer Service Representative serves as the vital connection between a business and its global clientele, ensuring that overseas customers receive the support they need.   • Utilize CRM software efficiently to track customer interactions and feedback.
  • Prepare and distribute reports summarizing the effectiveness of customer service operations.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and report potential product or service improvements.
  • Assist in implementing customer service initiatives to retain and grow customer base.
  • Foster positive customer relationships and strive to go beyond customer expectations.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of the organization's offerings and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in international customer service or a similar role required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably another language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different international time zones.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness of international customer etiquette are essential.
