  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment within the cosmetics area.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to store management.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this role.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Knowledge of current beauty trends and various product lines is essential.
