  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting needs.
  • Participate in menu planning discussions and contribute new ideas and suggestions.
  • Follow instructions from head chefs to ensure quality and presentation standards.
  • Help with kitchen cleanup and equipment maintenance to ensure functionality.
  • Uphold the highest food quality and presentation standards for customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all food hygiene regulations to guarantee food safety for guests.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or training beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staff.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain high culinary standards consistently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes quickly.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
