Job Description

A Client Servicing Executive in the events industry is a key player in ensuring that clients' needs and expectations are met through meticulously planned and executed events. This role involves being the main point of contact between the client and the event management team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They should be capable of offering creative solutions to meet client needs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. As a client servicing executive, they will need to effectively manage relationships with corporate clients, oversee the execution of events from start to finish, and ensure that each event aligns with the client's vision and objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and goals in detail.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure event deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and post-event evaluation of events.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed event proposals and budgets tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Ensure all events comply with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates and discuss progress.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions for future reference.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative event solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing or account management within the events industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to address client needs and challenges.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software tools.
