As a Service Advisor, you will be the principal point of contact between clients needing automotive services and the professional mechanics at our service center. You will ensure a seamless interaction, guiding customers through the entire vehicle service process. From identifying vehicle issues to advising on maintenance and repairs, your role will be crucial in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Your technical knowledge, combined with superior communication skills, will help in diagnosing issues before they reach the mechanics, thus improving service efficiency. In addition, you will also manage administrative tasks like maintaining vehicle records, handling warranty and insurance claims, and ensuring that all services meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
