Job Description

As an Assistant Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment team to attract, assess, and hire quality candidates efficiently. Your core responsibility will be to manage the recruitment process, develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, ensure the recruitment team meets its goals, and maintain a high level of candidate experience. This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment an possesses strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills. You will work closely with senior management to develop recruitment strategies and implement them to acquire top talent for the organization. This role also includes a component of team management, allowing you to guide and mentor junior recruiters, thereby playing an integral role in shaping the future of the company's workforce.


Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment team in meeting their hiring goals efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with various hiring managers.
  • Coordinate with department heads to determine recruiting needs and requirements.
  • Design, implement, and manage recruitment strategies for optimal candidate acquisition.
  • Oversee and manage an efficient job advertisement and sourcing process.
  • Screen potential candidates and conduct initial interviews for preliminary assessment.
  • Ensure a high level of candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the creation and management of a structured recruitment plan for all departments.
  • Guide and mentor junior recruitment staff to develop their professional skills.
  • Utilize recruitment analytics to track hiring success and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with new recruitment trends and technologies in the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employer branding strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using HR software and recruitment tools like ATS systems.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and comprehensive problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior recruiters is preferred.
