We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in hospital supplies to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare facilities, and medical professionals, and increasing the overall market presence of our products. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing product solutions, negotiating contracts, and ultimately closing sales. This position requires a proactive approach to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within healthcare facilities and hospitals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential healthcare clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Understand and analyze customer needs to propose appropriate product solutions.
  • Negotiate sales agreements, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and goals.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to build industry networks and promote products.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in medical or healthcare supplies.
  • Strong understanding of the hospital and healthcare industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and sales activities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
