As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into innovative and highly intuitive digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing user interfaces for various digital platforms and ensuring that our applications not only meet but exceed user expectations. Your role will encompass everything from understanding user needs through research to delivering high-quality, user-centered designs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to deliver cohesive and visually appealing digital solutions. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new product features and enhancements.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance digital interfaces.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces across multiple platforms.
• Ensure consistent branding and design elements throughout all digital products.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for product consistency.
• Optimize existing user interface designs based on user testing and research.
• Present and defend design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems with an evidence-based approach.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions for user-centered design processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing capabilities.
• Proficient with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
