As a Travel Desk Executive specializing in Visa Support, you will be an integral part of a dynamic travel team, ensuring seamless visa processing for travelers across various destinations. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating and facilitating visa applications, providing comprehensive support to clients and travelers throughout the visa acquisition process. You will work closely with individuals and corporate clients, assisting them in understanding and complying with the visa regulations of respective countries. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of visa protocols. Your ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously while delivering exceptional customer service will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of the travel desk and the satisfaction of our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process visa applications for individual and corporate clients effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding visa requirements and regulations for various countries.
  • Review and verify all required documentation for visa applications to ensure compliance with consular standards.
  • Schedule and manage client appointments for visa consultations effectively and punctually.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on visa protocols, changes, and updates for different countries.
  • Communicate with embassies and consulates to resolve application issues and expedite processes.
  • Assist clients in filling out visa application forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Track visa application statuses and provide clients with timely updates and progress reports.
  • Manage and organize all visa-related documentation systematically and confidentially.
  • Collaborate with travel agents and airlines to ensure travel arrangements align with visa restrictions.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns regarding visa processes proactively.
  • Conduct follow-ups on expired visas or clients requiring visa renewals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in visa support, travel desk operations, or related field roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple visa applications.
  • Strong understanding of international visa requirements and government regulation updates.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both written and verbal English.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with visa processing software.
  • Customer-service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
