A Telesales Representative plays a critical role in the sales department, responsible for driving the sales of products and services over the phone. The position demands excellent communication skills and a strong ability to persuade potential customers to purchase or upgrade their services. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring individuals who are self-motivated and goal-oriented to meet sales targets consistently. As a Telesales Representative, you will interact with a broad range of customers, providing them with essential information and assisting in their purchasing decisions. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems is beneficial.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
