Job Description

The Telecalling Executive in the Real Estate sector plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between potential clients and the company’s sales team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers over the phone to introduce and promote various real estate projects and services the company offers. This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings to effectively answer queries and convert leads into valuable customers. Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through outbound calls to generate leads.
  • Present information about current real estate projects in a compelling manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and interactions.
  • Identify potential customer needs and recommend suitable real estate options.
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads to sales conversion.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets as assigned by the management.
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends and real estate developments.
  • Handle customer queries with a problem-solving attitude and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with company protocols and customer service standards.
  • Assist in creating and improving telemarketing scripts and call strategies.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a telecalling or telemarketing role, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong persuasive skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Familiarity with real estate markets and understanding of the sales process.
