Job Description

A Telecalling Executive in the Real Estate industry plays a crucial role in bridging the communication gap between potential clients and the real estate firm. The primary focus of this role is to reach out to potential customers and engage with them to generate interest in various real estate offerings. The candidate will be responsible for providing information about properties, understanding customer requirements, and helping them in making informed decisions. This position requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with people over the phone. The Telecalling Executive will also maintain customer databases and ensure a seamless flow of information to support sales objectives. The role demands a proactive approach to meet targets and contribute to the company's growth.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate calls to potential clients and introduce them to our properties.
  • Understand the client's needs and suggest suitable property options accordingly.
  • Maintain a detailed database of potential clients and update it regularly.
  • Schedule site visits and follow up with clients post-visit for feedback.
  • Provide accurate and complete information on available properties and offers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Achieve monthly targets for generating leads and successful client conversions.
  • Handle inquiries from existing clients and provide them with necessary support.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and data to improve communication strategies.
  • Boost company’s brand presence through dedicated customer engagement.
  • Keep up-to-date with real estate industry trends and market conditions.
  • Assist in developing scripts and strategies for effective tele-sales operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain enthusiasm in all interactions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and maintaining an accurate database.
  • Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate property solutions.
  • Must be target-driven with a focus on achieving successful client outcomes.
