Job Description

The Tele Calling Executive plays a pivotal role in maintaining and building client relationships through direct communication channels. This position involves reaching out to potential and existing clients, providing information about products or services, and assisting customer queries to ensure high satisfaction levels. The ideal candidate must be adept at handling numerous calls, meeting targets, and conducting follow-ups when required. They should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively persuade and convert prospects while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. This role requires quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs and to offer tailored solutions promptly.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to potential and existing clients to sell products or services.
  • Follow scripts provided by the company when handling different topics or scenarios.
  • Understand and contribute to achieving team sales targets and individual goals.
  • Detail-oriented record keeping of customer interactions and sales efforts for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain excellent communication with both customers and team members to ensure clarity of information.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve their issues, and escalate any complex concerns to senior staff.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products or services to potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups at convenient times for both the client and company representatives.
  • Capture and process orders accurately, ensuring all necessary information is entered into the system.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relations to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Research and stay updated on new market trends, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements to management based on feedback from customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a tele calling executive or similar customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to handle diverse clients.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stress while maintaining professionalism and poise.
  • Strong persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach to service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a target-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing duties when necessary.
