Job Description

A Tele Calling Executive plays a vital role in enhancing the customer experience and expanding the business reach by directly interacting with customers over the phone. As a representative of the company, you will be responsible for managing various customer inquiries, promoting products or services, booking appointments, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. With a customer-centric approach, you will strive to meet targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide timely resolutions to any issues raised. Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer calls effectively and professionally addressing inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about company offerings.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries.
  • Meet daily and monthly call targets and generate sales leads effectively.
  • Follow up on customer calls to gather feedback and build customer relationships.
  • Provide information about products and services to callers and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department for campaign alignments and promotions.
  • Assist in the implementation of new marketing strategies and business initiatives.
  • Continuously update and manage the customer information database accurately.
  • Report any significant customer concerns or issues to the manager promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by listening to and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Use professional telephone etiquette and maintain a positive company image.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Proven experience in a telecalling position or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a good command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in using computers and knowledge of relevant software applications.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer needs.
  • Ability to handle stress and manage time effectively to meet targets.
  • Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
