As a Senior Cost Manager specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing project costs throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. This position requires a dynamic individual with extensive knowledge and experience in MEP systems, cost estimation, and financial forecasting. You will be responsible for ensuring project budgets are managed effectively, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and implementing cost-saving measures. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive MEP project cost estimates from design through construction stages.
• Collaborate with project teams to establish and maintain project budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze MEP project costs and financial impacts to provide strategic insights.
• Implement effective cost control measures and reduce project financial risks.
• Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis on project financials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cost management, focusing on MEP projects.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and financial forecasting for construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Skilled in using cost management software such as CostX, SAP, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in complex scenarios.
