Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process from concept through to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field required.
• Minimum of 7 years of architectural design and project management experience.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations required.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effective client interaction.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Licensed Architect or ability to obtain licensure within a specified time frame.
