Job Description

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations find the best talent to support their strategic goals. You will act as a talent advisor and partner with hiring managers to understand their business needs and identify candidates who can convert those needs into achievements. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates from a variety of backgrounds, prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment processes. Your keen eye for talent and excellent communication skills will help build a positive employer brand image and ensure an exemplary candidate experience. Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage a wide range of candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal employment guidelines.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close top talent for various positions.
  • Utilize technology and social media to promote job openings and attract talent.
  • Provide support and advice on recruitment best practices to hiring managers.
  • Conduct market research to understand hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and techniques for better efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, particularly within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and various sourcing methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong assessment skills to identify the best talent for specific job roles.
  • Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
