  • Prepare technical articles and user guidance to support product understanding and usability.
  • Train sales team members on product specifics to better equip them in customer interactions.
  • Travel to client sites as necessary to provide on-site support and consultations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in a sales engineering role or a similar technical position.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and address customer needs.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales process principles to optimize performance.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical information for varied audience understanding.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with customers and foster relationships.
