Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Representative is a dynamic role at the intersection of sales and marketing functions. This position is pivotal for the company's growth as it involves generating revenue by promoting the company's products and services, identifying prospects, and building relationships with potential and existing clients. The representative will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that maximize the outreach and visibility of the company’s offerings. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet defined sales and marketing targets.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
  • Maintain an updated and accurate database of current and prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Deliver product and service presentations to potential clients in a compelling manner.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with prospective clients to maximize revenue.
  • Provide after-sales support to retain clients and encourage repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build professional networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with business goals.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales or marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from sales data.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend events.
