The Repairs & Maintenance Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of repair and maintenance activities.   • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role overseeing maintenance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance procedures and standards.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial aspects of maintenance operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to lead a diverse team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with various departments.
  • Proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
