Job Description

As a Public Relations Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the public image of our organization. Your primary goal will be to craft media releases and develop social media strategies that shape public perception of the company and increase awareness. A strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills is required to manage and guide teams internally, while also maintaining and leveraging relationships with external partners. You will work closely with marketing and advertising teams to ensure a consistent and impactful message across all platforms. Successful candidates will bring creativity and forward-thinking strategies to anticipate public reaction and stand out in a competitive landscape. Your role is critical in sustaining the company's reputation, credibility, and market position.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the company's image.
  • Create and manage content for press releases, articles, and media kits.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align PR plans with branding initiatives.
  • Liaise with the media to promote positive coverage of the organization.
  • Manage crisis communications to protect the company’s reputation effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
  • Monitor and analyze public perception and media coverage of the company.
  • Organize press conferences and media events to disseminate important information.
  • Oversee internal communications to ensure message consistency and clarity.
  • Track and measure the impact of public relations strategies and campaigns.
  • Advise senior management on communication strategies and media interactions.
  • Research and write speeches for company executives and spokespersons.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a public relations or media management role.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong leadership abilities to manage teams and projects effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various projects under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of media relations, including experience in working with press contacts.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media strategies and tools.
