Job Description

The Project Co-ordinator, reference 11N25, will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of various projects within our organization. As a primary link between the project team and stakeholders, the Project Co-ordinator is responsible for monitoring project progress, managing project documentation, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and have a thorough understanding of project management methodologies. They will be crucial in supporting the project manager and optimizing the team's performance through efficient coordination and resource management.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities to ensure they are aligned with set plans and objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation, scheduling, and organization of project meetings and conferences.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation to facilitate transparency and accountability.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short-term goals.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers to adjust schedules and targets as necessary.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to drive consensus and decision-making.
  • Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Monitor resource utilization and assist in the allocation of resources as per project needs.
  • Support the budget management process by tracking expenses and preparing forecasts.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a project coordination role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as MS Project.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence stakeholders positively.
