Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s sales strategies and objectives. You will be the face of the company, responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships while actively seeking new sales opportunities. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue through direct sales processes and ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who possesses excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for evaluating market trends, reporting back to management, and contributing to growth initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients by researching and analyzing sales options and market trends.

  • Meet individual sales targets by closing deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals.
  • Provide consistent and accurate market feedback to product development teams.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve market knowledge and skills.
  • Manage client accounts post-sale to maintain satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to promote the company brand and its offerings.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports to present to management and clients.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors, market conditions, and customer demand fluctuations.
  • Develop strategic plans to improve sales success and market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills essential for this role.
  • Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation and initiative.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned sales territory as required.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for client interaction management.
