The Operations & Client Support Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of business operations while delivering top-notch support to clients. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in operations or client support roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
