Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and maintenance of laboratory equipment for experiments.
• Prepare and label samples accurately for analysis and testing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in the documentation and recording of experimental results accurately.
• Help scientists and researchers in conducting experiments and tests as needed.
• Ensure timely ordering and stocking of laboratory supplies and reagents.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments under supervision when necessary.
• Participate in the disposal of hazardous waste following established safety guidelines.
• Assist in compiling data and preparing reports for review by senior staff.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on laboratory instruments and devices.
• Help in the preparation of laboratory reagents and solutions as instructed.
• Provide technical support and assistance in the design of experiments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related scientific field preferred.
• Previous experience working in a laboratory setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
