Job Description

The Junior Admin Executive plays a fundamental role in the smooth operation of any organization, supporting administrative tasks while working closely with senior executives. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, managing executives' calendars effectively.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision and accuracy.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, email inquiries, and handle general office inquiries seamlessly.
  • Support the senior executive team with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions proactively.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and fully equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Deal with client and vendor inquiries and maintain excellent professional relationships.
  • Help in managing internal communication and disseminating important information to staff.
  • Perform data entry tasks and ensure completeness and accuracy of data records.
  • Contribute to process improvements by suggesting more efficient administrative solutions.

Requirements

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in a clerical or administrative support role is advantageous.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
