Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• State certification or licensure to teach preschool is required by law.
• Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher or in a similar educational role.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children and parents.
