Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the position of International Customer Support. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our international customers, responsible for providing exceptional service and support across various channels including email, phone, and chat. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate problem-solving to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. A successful candidate will be adept at understanding customer needs, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, and effectively communicating information across cultural and language barriers. Being a pivotal part of our customer service team, you will ensure that our international clientele receives optimal service and that their experience with our company is of the highest standard.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to international customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product services and features to customers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues to provide efficient solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate team members for resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch support service at all times.
  • Adapt to customer needs and modify support techniques to suit cultural differences.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and needs met.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service and identify potential improvement areas.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members by sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Prepare weekly reports on customer issues and feedback for management review.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer support or related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
  • Fluency in one or more foreign languages is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
